The communications process evolved both in terms of time and geography from Linz as its epicentre. The campaign was divided into four phases:klick to enlarge
In terms of content these phases were determined by the following themes:
- Logo and brand placing: logo launch
- Positioning campaigns: claim, TV spot, international press conferences
- Big Bang: focus on the opening of the Culture Capital Year
- PR for the programme
