Maria EICHMANN (DE)
Maria Eichmann was born in 1980. She is a free-lance theater pedagogue (Master of Arts from Berlin University of the Arts) and has a graduate diploma in social education. She also has many years of experience in youth theater and social work with young people. She works with government agencies and on projects dealing with rearing youngsters in both institutional and non-institutional settings. As a theater pedagogue, she is currently in charge of several courses for young people at the Atrium Youth Art School. She is a member of the board of Hoftheater Kreuzberg, a newly-founded association for theater pedagogy, conducts project weeks and workshops at schools, and, as a free-lance associate of the GRIPS Theater in Berlin, does a great deal of work at elementary schools. She also holds international theater workshops (Youth for Europe) and teaches movement and storytelling at the German Army’s Institute for Instructors in Berlin.
