Hubert von Goisern has embarked on his Linz Europa Tour West. He kicked things off on Friday, June 27, 2008 with a concert in Obermühl that also featured Austrian experimental folk musicians stelzhamma. Opening act was Klangholz. “Home-grown world music” at the nexus of Alpine rock, folk music and timeless pop performed in the one-of-a-kind setting of the Schlögener Schlinge got an enthusiastic reception from the audience. The following day, Hubert von Goisern appeared in Deggendorf. Next scheduled stop on the tour is in Nürnberg on July 1, 2008.
