Just as the Capital of Culture year is bringing together Europe and culture in 2009, Resch&Frisch has created a combination of a hand-made kaiser roll and a poppy seed roll named the Linz-Genuss9er. This superb example of the bread-making for which Upper Austria is famous is destined for culinary stardom at Linz09 events.

The Linz-Genuss9er in Resch&Frisch affiliates throughout the Linz metropolitan area
• Beginning on December 31, 2008, the Linz-Genuss9er will be featured and sold individually at bake shops
• Also used for Linz-Genuss9er Snack sandwiches
• The Linz-Genuss breakfast including a sunny-side up-egg, Linz-Genuss9er, butter, ham, cheese and coffee will premiere on January 12, 2009.

The Linz-Genuss9er in will also be available in fine restaurants and hotels

• Select Resch&Frisch clients will be serving the Linz-Genuss9er in bread baskets, at buffets and for breakfast beginning January 12, 2009.
