Countdown to the Linz Europa Hafenfest
Hubert von Goisern and Martin Heller
Copyright: Linz09 / Kurt Groh
The three-day extravaganza bringing together great musicians from Eastern & Western Europe at Linz Harbour starts tomorrow. There’s still time to get tickets!
Hubert von Goisern sailed Europe’s great river road—in 2007 to the Black Sea; in 2008 to Rotterdam—aboard a ship that was his hotel and concert stage all in one. For this heart-&-soul musician, the accent was on intense encounters with local artists in the countries his journey took him through. Now, they’re reuniting at Hafenfest. Big-name acts like Konstantin Wecker, BAP, Haindling, Claudia Koreck, Klaus Doldinger and Willi Resetarits will be on hand. This is also a chance to get acquainted with some great up-and-coming talents: Zdub si Zdub, Haydamaki, Rambo Amadeus and Loredana Groza. And, of course, Hubert von Goisern and his band will be in the lineup all three days.Linz Europa Hafenfest
