Following his ship’s ceremonial christening at Wallsee in Lower Austria, musician Hubert von Goisern will cruise the Danube to his first Linz Europa Tour date on June 22.
On June 20, the ship that Hubert von Goisern will be sailing down some of Europe’s great rivers will be christened in Wallsee, Lower Austria, home of Brandner Shipping, the company that’s providing the 103-meter-long waterborne convoy and delivering nautical services along the way. June 22 is the big day: the inaugural concert of the Linz Europa Tour starring Hubert von Goisern, Willi Resetarits, the Hohtraxlecker Sprungschanzenmusi and the Moldavian band Zdob si Zdub will be the featured attraction at this year's Donauinselfest (Danube Island Festival) in Vienna.Friday, June 22, 2007, 9:30 PM
